On September 25, the BATMASS EU Project was highlighted during the online event “V Circular Economy Talks: The Industry Sector Towards Circularity”, hosted by FUNSEAM (Fundación para la Sostenibilidad Energética y Ambiental).
The session brought together experts from leading organizations to discuss the role of the circular economy in the industrial sector. Representatives from COTEC Foundation, CTA (Corporación Tecnológica de Andalucía), Tecnalia, and Repsol shared insights on how innovative technologies can drive sustainability, optimize resource use, and extend product life cycles.
During CTA’s presentation, BATMASS was showcased as a key initiative supporting circular economy strategies, particularly in the battery recycling and raw materials recovery sector. The event emphasized the need for businesses to integrate circular design principles, enabling efficient reuse, recycling, and sustainable material management.
